Good genes run in the family.
Veteran Hongkong actor Shek Sau (he's also known as Bill Chan), has pretty much spent his entire life in showbiz. The actor, who celebrated his 73nd birthday recently, started out as a child actor at the tender age of 10, and has continued acting since then.
And his son, Hongkong actor Sam Chan, has followed in his footsteps (in more ways than one). Though Sam might not be as instantly recognisable as Shek Sau, father and son have been making headlines recently, and it’s all ‘cos of their youthful good looks.
On Shek Sau’s birthday he posted a collage of his onscreen work over the years, starting from his days as a child actor. And from these pictures, spanning his many years in showbiz, it’s immediately apparent how youthful the actor looks still.
“You don’t look 73 at all,” a netizen marvelled in the comments section.
Sam and his wife, former news anchor Camille Lam, also posted pictures with Shek Sau on the actor’s birthday. And in Sam’s picture, it’s immediately apparent that the 41-year-old has inherited his father’s youthfulness too.
Similarly, netizens couldn’t help but to marvel at just how youthful everyone looks in Camille’s Instagram post, where she shared a picture with the birthday boy himself.
